Hello
My name is Michelle , I am an Ofsted registered childminder with 22 years experience, also registered with National childminding association.
My house is happy safe and warm & welcoming! 
I have 2 grown up boys and a 7 year old girl.
My son is 20 and works in a school my other son has flown the nest. My son and I have been CRB checked.
I also have 2 fantastic assistants who both have childcare experience both qualified and CRB checked by myself and Ofsted.
I have 2 friendly cats and.I have made a lovely nursery room at the front of my house and a sensory book corner with a sleeping area. I have a large garden with outside activities.
I love working with children and really enjoy my job! I bond with children easily! I am caring and understanding and work well with parents as well as children of all ages.
I am a member of surestart and attend many playgroups and childminder groups. I plan outings to parks, recreation areas, fun activities to help your child develop.
I have a “Good” overall inspection report 20/4/2011
I have been registered since 2005 with Ofsted. I’ve also worked in a pre-school and day nursery and gained some excellent experience.
As a mother of 3 children and 3 step children I have great experience and knowledge of children’s needs.I am able to manage childrens behaviour treat all children equally and have fun!!
Attended all needed courses to become a childminder and recently started level 3 diploma.
